Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or related behavioral health field.
• Active Illinois licensure as LCP, LCSW, or LMFT in good standing.
• Three years of outpatient behavioral health experience.
• Ability to supervise, support complex cases, and manage site responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active outpatient therapy caseload.
• Provide clinical supervision to therapists and interns.
• Support employees with complex cases, crisis situations, treatment planning, and higher-risk client needs.
• Review clinical documentation, treatment plans, and client records for quality, medical necessity, completeness, and compliance.
• Conduct periodic chart reviews and provide timely coaching or corrective guidance.
• Serve as the primary on-site clinical and day-to-day leader for the location.
• Coordinate daily site workflow and resolve clinical, operational, staffing, safety, or facility concerns.
• Support onboarding, orientation, and ongoing professional development of clinicians and interns.
• Monitor provider utilization, caseload growth, employee performance, and site capacity goals.
• Participate in clinician recruitment, evaluations, coaching, and performance-improvement efforts.
