The role involves drafting and prosecuting patent applications, patent searches, and providing strategic advice for clients. • A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related fields.
• Admitted to at least one State (if attorney) and to the USPTO.
• At least 3+ years of top law firm patent prosecution experience in high-tech matters.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Outstanding writing and verbal communication skills.
• Self-driven and independent work ethic.
• Superb communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits :

• Compensation based solely on productivity.
• Estimated range of $170,000 - $330,000 per year, depending on work and client base.
• Medical benefits and 401K.
