A growing patent law firm is seeking a Patent Agent with two or more years of patent prosecution experience. The role involves leading client interactions, drafting patent applications, and handling Examiner interviews. Ideal candidates hold degrees in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, but other technical degrees are also considered. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely while contributing to a dynamic team and participating in innovative patent prosecution across exciting technologies including AR/VR and machine learning.
Qualifications
2+ years of patent prosecution experience required.
Direct client contact for application drafting and prosecution.
Proficient in drafting responses and appeal briefs.
Responsibilities
Lead disclosure meetings with clients.
Draft patent applications and interface with clients.
Participate in Examiner interviews and deliver oral arguments.
