Job summary

Pro Staff is seeking a Partnerships Development Specialist for a fully remote role. The position focuses on outbound outreach to healthcare facilities, researching placement opportunities, and coordinating student placements with partners.

Ideal candidates bring inside sales or healthcare outreach experience, strong communication, and CRM proficiency. Work hours are Monday–Friday with flexible time zones and a remote setup.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's preferred.
• Inside sales, customer service, business development, recruiting, account management, or healthcare outreach experience.
• Phone and email outreach experience with lead generation.
• CRM documentation and data entry with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Research healthcare facilities to identify student placement opportunities.
• Conduct outbound calls and emails to build relationships and secure placement support.
• Maintain activity tracking and placement records in Salesforce.
• Match students with healthcare partners and preceptors for educational requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate placement activities.
