Job summary

Toptal is hiring a Director of Partnerships to lead the strategy and growth of its global partner ecosystem, turning relationships into revenue and expanded opportunities. Reporting to the CCO, AI Services, you will collaborate with Sales, Services, Talent, Marketing, and leadership to activate, grow, and govern strategic partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, business development, professional services, sales, or related commercial roles with ownership of partnerships.
• Experience developing and executing partnership strategies that generate pipeline, revenue growth, co-sell activity, and joint solutions.
• Experience with technology, platform, cloud, AI, software, marketplace, or professional services partners is strongly preferred.
• Ability to build relationships across executive and field organizations and translate them into joint business plans.
• Familiarity with partner programs including certifications, tiers, MDF, and co-sell initiatives.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with CRM, analytics, and tools like Salesforce, Google Workspace, Slack, and AI productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive partnership revenue and pipeline through joint GTM and co-sell motions.
• Own strategic partner relationships with executive alignment and regular reviews.
• Build joint GTM, enablement, marketplace, and reseller initiatives.
• Grow Toptal’s partner ecosystem through certifications, tiers, and marketplace entries.
• Manage partnership lifecycle from identification to performance evaluation.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across Sales, Services, Talent, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Product.
