Job summary

Openkrill is seeking a partnerships, webinars and events manager for two brands: Darkroom and Shadow. This remote role (EST time) involves end-to-end webinars, events, sponsorships, and partner programs, with travel to New York for events.

You will lead guest management, co-marketing, and press outreach, building strong sponsor relationships. You will drive lead generation through registrants and attendees, coordinate across teams, and work with AI daily.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years running webinars, events, or marketing partnerships with accountability for leads.
• Raised money from sponsors and built sponsorship packages.
• Produced events end-to-end: run-of-show, venues, AV, vendors, on-site, follow-up.
• Pitched press or booked speakers and secured outlets.
• Built networks of partners, sponsors, guests, and hosts with commercial sense.
• Strong written communication and organizational skills; works with AI daily; Martech/SaaS/Ecommerce/agency experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end webinars and live events for two brands (Darkroom and Shadow).
• Create and manage sponsorship packages, sell to sponsors, and deliver expected benefits.
• Run partner programs and co-marketing with platforms and major industry events.
• Source and manage guests for webinars, series, and podcasts; coordinate press outreach.
