Job summary

Mindset is seeking a remote Business Development Specialist in the United States to build a pipeline of partner conversations, schedule meetings, and maintain CRM records. You will identify prospective partners such as healthcare providers and community organizations and explain Mindset’s services with clear expectations.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, outbound outreach experience, and comfort with CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Comfort initiating conversations and making outbound calls.
• Good judgment, active listening, and empathy.
• Organized and able to manage multiple conversations.

• Comfort with a CRM and learning new tools.
• Experience coordinating with community health orgs or similar.

Responsibilities

• Research prospective partners including healthcare providers and community orgs.
• Connect with decision-makers via phone, email, and outreach channels.
• Learn how organizations serve clients and where Mindset fits.
• Explain Mindset’s services clearly and set realistic expectations.
• Schedule qualified introductory meetings with context for the next team step.
• Maintain accurate contact records and outreach activity in CRM.
• Follow up consistently to build relationships over time.
• Work with sales, marketing, and operations to improve messaging.
• Meet activity and meeting goals while maintaining professional standards.
• All other duties as assigned.
