impact.com is seeking a Program Compliance Manager to ensure partners meet promotional requirements using our Regulated Compliance tool. You will own a portfolio of accounts, serve as the main compliance contact, and work with cross-functional teams to manage risk and drive compliant growth.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to lead compliance initiatives with strategic partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service in a software application product environment.
• 2+ years of project management experience with delivery responsibility.
• 1+ year of compliance investigations in the performance marketing space.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (Business, Marketing, Law, or related field a plus).

As a Program Compliance Manager, you’ll become a trusted program compliance expert and take ownership of a select portfolio of accounts. You'll be the primary point of contact for program compliance matters, oversee compliance processes using our Regulated Compliance tool, and serve as the primary point of contact for compliance inquiries. Strong communication, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to risk management are essential for success in this role.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the primary compliance point of contact for strategic partnerships, clients and agencies, providing support and advising on best practices
• Become an expert on impact.com’s proprietary Regulated Compliance product
• Lead the compliance workstream for a key strategic partnership, focusing on the successful migration and launch of major brands
• Work with cross-functional teams (client success, product/engineering, and operations) to deliver exceptional compliance services
• Operate as a program compliance subject matter expert internally and externally
• Work alongside senior team members, assisting with strategic initiatives and projects
• Develop and deliver presentations on compliance matters
• Monitor and manage compliance processes for assigned accounts, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution of compliance cases

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of customer service and support in a software application product environment
• 2+ years of project management1+ years of compliance investigations, especially in the performance marketing space
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (Business, Marketing, Law, or related field a plus)
• Extremely detail-oriented
• Professional communication skills
• Ability to multitask while under pressure
• Team player, yet able to function and motivate independently

• Affiliate & Partnerships Industry Fundamentals Certification by PXA

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, plus an additional 5% variable annual bonus contingent on Company performance and eligible to receive Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant.
