Job summary

Vaya Partners in North Carolina is seeking a licensed clinician or RN to oversee the PartnersACCESS call center, supervising clinicians and specialists who provide 24/7 telephonic screening, triage and referral services for members and providers.

You will ensure compliance with state, federal and accreditation guidelines, coordinate staffing, training, and performance, and drive quality improvement across the program.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician or RN with NC residence.
• Experience supervising a 24/7 call center.
• Strong knowledge of mental health service delivery.
• Ability to manage staff and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Proficient with data collection and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clinical oversight to 24/7 telephonic screening, triage and referral staff.
• Schedule coverage and ensure continuous operation of a 24/7 call center.
• Support staff in operational and management decisions and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with Workforce Operations to optimize staffing and coverage.
