Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience with adults or children with serious psychiatric/chemical dependence or developmental disability.
• Qualified Professional per 10A NCAC 27G.0104.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers with inquiries related to claims, contracts, authorizations, benefits, services, and registries.
• Screen, route, and document calls to achieve first call resolution where possible.
• Educate providers on resources and forms, assist with contracting and credentialing processes.
