The position supports remote work from home with a 6–8 week virtual training period, requires NC residency, and some holiday hours. Training to permanent schedule follows a successful period.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Human Services (or equivalent) with post-degree experience.
• Active, unrestricted behavioral health license issued by a North Carolina Professional Board (LCSW/LCMHC/LCAS/LPA/LMFT).
• Strong communication, crisis intervention and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard software for case management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial screenings, triage, and referrals for service linkage.
• Make clinical triage decisions based on telephonic information.
• Coordinate safety with EMS, law enforcement, and mobile crisis teams as needed.
• Document all calls and referrals in the client management system.
