Job summary

Waste Harmonics Keter is seeking a Partner Operations Specialist in Victor, NY to work with customers and vendors by phone and email to address inquiries and coordinate service changes. You will support the Customer Service teams, manage hauler relationships, lead contract management, and ensure compliance with SLAs and pricing terms.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, vendor management, or operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP/CRM systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer-facing service changes to minimize disruption.
• Provide day-to-day operational support to customers and vendors.
• Manage hauler/vendor relationships across the service lifecycle.
• Lead vendor sourcing, bids, renewals, and contract management.
• Ensure contract and pricing compliance; monitor payments.
• Oversee service performance: audits, scorecards, gaps reporting.
• Handle invoice processing, disputes, and cost recovery.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives and savings opportunities.
• Maintain contract and vendor records for compliance.
