Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Manager, Partner Operations for SolveStudio to coordinate agency partnerships and optimize delivery across marketing projects. You will govern partner relationships, plan resources and route work to maximize efficiency and outcomes.

The role emphasizes staffing decisions, capacity planning and cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Finance and Procurement. Remote work is supported with up to 10% travel domestically.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher plus 7+ years in agency operations, creative operations, resource management, studio management, marketing operations or related discipline.
• Experience managing resource allocation, capacity planning and staffing across multiple projects or portfolios.
• Experience with agency partners, freelancers, production partners or external marketing suppliers.
• Ability to evaluate work requirements and select internal teams, agency partners, contractors or blended delivery.
• Ability to balance priorities, shifting demands and constraints in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of integrated marketing, creative, digital, content, production and campaign workflows.
• Experience with agency onboarding, scopes of work, estimates, rates and governance.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with approved agency partners and serve as the primary operational contact.
• Monitor partner performance, utilization and effectiveness to inform staffing and investment decisions.
• Support agency selection and engagement recommendations based on capability, performance, capacity, and business needs.
• Drive consistency in onboarding, engagement and evaluation of external partners across Solve Studio.
• Establish and maintain onboarding, operating standards, governance tools, documentation and escalation paths.
• Maintain a centralized roster of partner capabilities, geographic coverage, rates, contracts, contacts and engagement requirements.
• Coordinate agency business reviews and maintain scorecards, reporting and improvement actions.
• Maintain visibility to agency assignments, utilization, scopes, purchase orders and spend.
• Support retainer and partner network recommendations based on performance and demand.
• Lead resource allocation discussions across active and upcoming work.
• Partner with Operations, Project Management and leadership for forecasting and workforce planning.
• Lead education in Workfront or similar enterprise tools and dashboards for visibility.
