Job summary

Statusphere Inc. is seeking a Senior Agency Partnership Manager to own and grow relationships with PR, creative, media, and influencer agencies and holding companies. You will map client rosters, activate new brand accounts, and expand partnerships to drive revenue while coordinating with CS and creator-ops teams.

We value strong sales, problem-solving, and collaboration in a fast-paced environment. This remote role requires travel around 40% to meet clients and partners.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in agency partnerships or related sales roles.
• Established rolodex of agency decision-makers.
• Experience managing multiple agency partners and multi-account expansion.
• Understanding of agency structures and how brand decisions flow.
• Strong presentation and enablement skills.
• CRM proficiency, ideally HubSpot.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow relationships with agency partners, PR, creative, and holding-company networks.
• Identify expansion opportunities across client rosters and prioritize brands.
• Drive activation and account expansion to create multi-brand relationships.
• Train agency teams on Statusphere’s platform so they can confidently pitch it.
• Coordinate with internal CS and creator-operations teams for a seamless experience.
• Develop co-selling and joint go-to-market motions with agency partners.
• Maintain accurate agency and downstream records in HubSpot and track pipeline.
• Aim to meet or exceed quarterly revenue and growth targets.
• Build a broad network across the agency landscape and attend industry events.
