Job summary

Veta Virtual Inc. is hiring a Customer Onboarding Specialist for a fintech/cryptocurrency client. You will guide hosts from first contact to fully approved accounts, ensuring confidence and smooth onboarding in a fully remote role.

You will collect KYC documents, verify information, and coordinate with Compliance, Sales, and Operations to move hosts from onboarding to ongoing support while maintaining strict privacy and security standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer onboarding, support, or account coordination.
• Ability to review documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Strong written and verbal communication for explaining requirements.

Responsibilities

• Main onboarding contact for new hosts, explain requirements and next steps.
• Collect business information, KYC docs, ownership details, and onboarding materials.
• Review submissions for completeness and accuracy, follow up on missing items.
• Enter host information into systems, maintain records accurately.
• Coordinate with Compliance for reviews and escalations until approval.
• Monitor progress, resolve delays, keep all parties informed.
• Collaborate with Sales, Ops, and Host Success to ensure smooth handoff.
• Handle sensitive information with privacy and security in mind.
• Identify onboarding process improvements and suggest better messaging.
