Job summary

Twilio is hiring a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to scale our partner ecosystem and drive regional pipeline growth through joint co-marketing strategies and partner execution. Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of experience in Partner Marketing, Channel Marketing or B2B Demand Gen.
• Proven track record of co-marketing with major cloud vendors, GSIs, SIs, or ISVs.
• Strong proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC), PRM platforms, and account-mapping tools like Crossbeam.

Responsibilities

• Develop data-driven multi-quarter co-marketing plans and joint GTM strategies to hit regional pipeline targets.
• Execute 1:1 ABM campaigns for elite partners and scalable digital toolkits for broader partner networks.
• Co-create compelling messaging and branded assets with Product Marketing to showcase joint value.
• Orchestrate high-velocity field campaigns, executive roundtables, workshops, and sponsorship presence at major events.
• Deliver turn-key demand-generation programs and drive partner adoption of the Twilio Partner Portal.
• Equip partner sales with outreach playbooks and ensure rapid campaign follow-up.
• Enforce lead-routing governance and SLAs to minimize channel conflict and optimize conversions.
• Track partner-sourced/influenced pipeline in Salesforce for quarterly reviews.
