Job summary

Teleport is seeking a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to own the strategy and execution of partner marketing programs. You will build co-marketing campaigns, enablement materials, and joint events that drive pipeline through our channel, cloud, and technology alliances.

You will bridge Marketing with Channel and Alliance teams to ensure partner messaging aligns with Teleport's core narrative and that marketing dollars translate into measurable pipeline impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in partner marketing within the B2B SaaS space.
• Proven track record working with channel partners/resellers and major cloud providers.
• Background in cybersecurity and industry knowledge.
• Experience managing events and high-stakes networking environments.
• Exceptional ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines.
• Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce and marketing automation (HubSpot/Marketo).
• Willingness to travel up to 30% to partner hubs and events.

Responsibilities

• Enable the Ecosystem: create toolkits, playbooks, and sales enablement materials.
• Strategic Sales Alignment: align marketing spend with territory goals to accelerate deals.
• Design & Execute Co-Marketing Programs: lead joint webinars, co-branded content, and demand gen.
• Strategize and Execute Partner Events: plan and secure speaking slots and sponsorships.
• Campaign Integration: weave partner messaging into Teleport's core narrative.
• Lifecycle Partner Marketing: manage onboarding to long-term co-marketing ROI.
• Measurement & Optimization: track and report partner program impact.
