Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a highly motivated incident response consultant to lead investigations for major customers and to develop methods to identify and disrupt attacker activity across large data sets. You will work with counsel on intrusions and perform cross-platform forensics, malware analysis, and reporting.

You will communicate findings clearly to executives and clients, contribute to CrowdStrike thought leadership, and travel up to 30% as needed in a dynamic, security-first environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading incident response engagements for large organizations.
• Background in computer forensics using a variety of tools.
• Knowledge of cloud incident response (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Responsibilities

• Lead incident response engagements for key clients.
• Develop and apply new hunting methods across large data sets.
• Conduct intrusion investigations with outside counsel when required.
• Perform host and network forensics across Windows, Mac, Linux.
• Conduct basic malware analysis.
• Produce high-quality written/verbal reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Share thought leadership through blogs, CrowdCasts and public talks.
