Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking an Engagement Lead to oversee forensic investigations carried out by trusted partners. You will coordinate with CrowdStrike incident response leadership, partners, and customers to ensure high-quality results in high-stakes investigations.

You will manage task development, track client deliverables, and maintain alignment across stakeholders while mentoring partners on advanced forensics methods across Windows, Mac, and Linux.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a matrixed consulting environment.
• Experience developing and managing client relationships in a consulting setting, preferably incident response.
• Experience conducting or managing incident response investigations for organizations, targeting threats like ransomware, ecrime, BECs.
• Background in project management from conception to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee incident response engagements conducted by CrowdStrike partners.
• Coordinate project tasks and client deliverables to maintain workflow.
• Align investigation scope and objectives between customers and CrowdStrike partners.
• Support partners in communicating with executives on forensics and malware analysis.
