• Proven leadership and people management experience in a cybersecurity consulting or incident response setting.
• Hands-on incident response experience with forensic analysis.
• Experience leading complex incident response investigations and guiding technical teams.
• Ability to mentor and develop consultants; provide performance feedback.
• Strong project management; balance priorities, staffing, and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and oversight across incident response engagements; guide investigations and ensure quality.
• Lead client onboarding, triage, and scoping for new engagements; establish deliverables and staffing.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to executives and stakeholders.
• Develop and apply threat hunting methodologies across data sources.
• Oversee a team of consultants; mentor and grow talent.
• Provide strategic, feasible recommendations to mature client security postures.
