Job summary

Pie Insurance is seeking a Digital Account Specialist to own and grow a partner portfolio, drive proactive business development, and meet performance quotas. You will autonomously address client needs and represent Pie with professionalism to strengthen relationships and achieve company goals.

The role focuses on building agency partnerships, influencing production, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver profitable premium growth and retention for new and existing partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business development or client relationship/account management.
• Commercial insurance experience preferred.
• Advanced communication skills and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Build and engage with outside agency partnerships to increase submissions, binds, and bound premium.
• Work with partner CSRs, producers, and principals to influence production.
• Represent Pie in meetings with partners and events to maximize opportunities.
• Build, develop, and manage relationships with retail partners to drive profitable premium.
• Regular meetings with various levels of the agency - Producers and CSRs.
• Use reporting and analytics to identify partner trends and craft strategy for a large cohort of partners.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement best practices and strategic initiatives.
