Job summary

Pie Insurance is seeking a strategic sales leader to innovate and manage acquisition for strategic partnerships while strengthening existing relationships across the program. You will help drive profitable growth through high-volume wholesale and complex partner structures.

You will build multi-tier relationship plans with agency leadership, producers, and CSRs, develop strategic programs, track performance metrics, and support company OKRs in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales or account management.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets.
• Strategic communicator in a fast-paced, growing environment.
• Experience with wholesale or complex partner structures is a plus.
