Job summary

Nuvei is hiring a Partner Development Manager remotely in the North America region to drive growth with top strategic partners. You will manage partnerships, align with key stakeholders, and deliver revenue and profitability targets while refining processes for a superior partner experience.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering and Marketing to translate partner needs into actions, maintain relationships, and support large strategic deals from pitch through launch and ongoing

Qualifications

• Adept at engaging with and presenting to C-Level stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel regularly within North America for meetings and events.
• 8+ years of direct experience in the global payments industry.
• Experience supporting partners in the ISV/ISO landscape in North America.
• Proven track record of hitting quotas and revenue targets.
• Adaptable to changing partner goals and industry trends.
• Excellent communication skills across in-person, video, phone, and email.
• Strong analytical abilities for billing, contracts, and technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with senior management and potential partners.
• Identify opportunities to penetrate new markets with partners and support sales initiatives.
• Learn partner pain points and communicate roadmap and post-launch updates.
• Drive strategic plans with partners and be a trusted e-commerce expert.
• Provide product guidance to new partners during implementation.
• Advocate for partner value and ensure customer-focused strategy.
• Maintain Salesforce for marketing, opportunities and account management.
• PM large strategic deals from pitch to launch and post-launch activities.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings with Product, Engineering, Risk and Ops.
• Collaborate with marketing to drive partner advocacy and merchant growth.
