Job summary

Boulder Care is seeking a Partner & Commercial Marketing Manager to lead how we reach strategic partners and payers. You will build our first partner marketing motion, from strategy to execution, and scale programs with AI-enabled insights.

You will own the playbook for institutions, health systems, and government partners, developing value propositions, collateral, and a structured outreach cadence to drive enrollment and partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B, partner, or commercial marketing to institutional healthcare buyers.
• Deep understanding of healthcare B2B buying decisions and assets that move them.
• Experience working with field, community, or provider-relations teams.
• Hands-on execution as the first marketing seat for these audiences.
• AI fluency with ability to analyze, build, scale, and deploy responsibly.
• Exceptional writing and strategic framing for a highly educated professional audience.

Responsibilities

• Equip Commercial and Partnerships with institutional proof by turning clinical outcomes and market economics into assets for payer and health-system conversations.
• Own partner and referral marketing with segment-specific value propositions, collateral, and programming across the referral ecosystem.
• Run B2B demand generation and field program, including webinars, email, paid B2B, conferences, and events; report activity honestly.
