• 6–10 years of healthcare consulting or related execution-focused experience.
• Experience with Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and value-based care.
• Track record managing complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience managing external partner or customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-priority commercial initiatives and define project plans.
• Drive cross-functional execution across Commercial, Product, Engineering, Clinical, Operations, Legal, and external partners.
• Manage strategic partnerships with governance and executive engagement.
• Deliver analytical models, dashboards, and performance trackers.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and recommendations.
• Translate priorities into actionable plans with clear ownership and deadlines.
• Design scalable processes and reporting mechanisms for coordination and execution.
