Salary ranges from $150,000 to $190,000 per year, with a comprehensive benefits package and no set billable requirements. The ideal candidate will lead, mentor, and grow the firm’s national practice, delivering high-level legal services while shaping strategy and business development

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active state bar admission.
• 5+ years in casualty litigation with focus on MVA, Trucking, Construction Defect, Auto liability.
• Proven experience in trial preparation, depositions, and providing legal advice.
• Exceptional legal research and writing skills; clear communication of complex concepts.
• Strategic thinker with strong judgment and decision‑making; leadership and mentoring ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice to a diverse range of clients on complex issues.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategy and preparation.
• Prepare for trials, including gathering evidence, coordinating witnesses, and developing arguments.
• Take and defend depositions, interrogate witnesses, and present evidence in court.
• Oversee all aspects of litigation from initiation to resolution, ensuring compliance with laws.
• Draft clear pleadings, briefs, and contracts.
• Contribute to the firm's strategic planning and business development efforts.
• Mentor and develop junior legal staff to maintain a high-performing team.

Qualifications

1. A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a law firm with a strong focus on casualty litigation. Primary focus is MVA, Trucking, Construction Defect and Auto Liability
4. Proven experience in trial preparation, taking depositions, and providing legal advice.
5. Exceptional legal research and writing skills, with an ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.
6. A strategic thinker with excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
7. Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of mentoring and developing staff.
8. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
9. A commitment to upholding the highest standards of legal and ethical conduct.
