Multi-Practice Law Firm Platform is seeking accomplished Junior Partners and Partners across a broad range of practice areas to support its rapid national expansion. This opportunity offers entrepreneurial attorneys the autonomy to grow their practice while leveraging sophisticated resources, in a collaborative environment.

The firm prioritizes candidates with a JD from a top-tier school, active bar in good standing, and a portable book of business of $350,000+.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 5+ years of substantive legal practice experience.
• Portable book of business of $350,000+ required.
• Experience at Am Law firm, Magic Circle/Silver Circle firm, Law360-recognized firm, respected regional firm, sophisticated boutique law firm, government agency, or senior in-house legal department.
• Demonstrated expertise within a recognized practice area.
• Strong client relationship management and business development capabilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in expanding and developing a thriving practice.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow an existing legal practice while delivering exceptional client service.
• Represent clients in complex legal matters within your area of expertise.
• Develop and strengthen client relationships while identifying opportunities for continued growth.
• Collaborate with attorneys across offices and practice groups on cross-disciplinary matters.
• Mentor and support junior attorneys and legal professionals where appropriate.
• Participate in business development, networking, and industry engagement activities.
• Contribute to firm leadership initiatives and long-term strategic planning.
• Leverage firm resources, technology, and platform capabilities to enhance client service and practice growth.
