The Opportunity

We are seeking highly entrepreneurial Partners to join robust practice groups, including:

This is a highly autonomous role in which you function as the ultimate decision-maker for your practice. You will have the full support of a world-class firm while setting your own billing rates and operational structures.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 5 - 7+ years of practice at an AmLaw 100/200, Law360 400, respected regional or sophisticated boutique firm, or government agency.
• Book of Business: A minimum portable book of $350,000, or £300,000 for UK-based roles, is required.
• Location: Open to candidates based in the US and London, UK.
• Mindset: An entrepreneurial, self-starter mentality and comfort working in a distributed, remote-first model.
