Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as an attorney with an established practice.
• Portable business of about $500,000.
• Admission to the New York Bar.
• Strong track record in Corporate, Funds, Real Estate or Litigation.
• Experience leading matters from inception through resolution.
• Strong client relationships and business development abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical skills.
