Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 5+ years of substantive legal practice experience.
• Portable book of business of $350,000+ required.
• Experience at Am Law/Magic Circle/Silver Circle or equivalent firm.
• Strong leadership, communication, and practice management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow an existing legal practice while delivering exceptional client service.
• Represent clients in complex matters within your area of expertise.
• Develop and strengthen client relationships while identifying growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with attorneys across offices and practice groups on cross-disciplinary matters.
• Mentor junior attorneys and legal professionals where appropriate.
• Participate in business development, networking, and industry engagement activities.
• Contribute to firm leadership initiatives and long-term strategic planning.
• Leverage firm resources, technology, and platform capabilities to enhance client service and practice growth.
