Multi-Practice Law Firm Platform is seeking accomplished Junior Partners and Partners to support nationwide growth. This fully remote opportunity targets entrepreneurial attorneys who want autonomy, sophisticated resources, and a high level of client service across diverse industries.

Candidates should bring a JD from a top-tier law school, active U.S. Bar admission, 5+ years of substantive practice, and a portable $350,000+ book of business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of substantive legal practice experience.
• Experience at Am Law/Silver Circle or equivalent firms.
• Portable book of business of $350,000+ required.
• Strong client relationship management and business development capabilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with growth orientation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow an existing legal practice while delivering exceptional client service.
• Represent clients in complex matters within your area of expertise.
• Develop and strengthen client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with attorneys across offices and practice groups on cross-disciplinary matters.
• Mentor and support junior attorneys and legal professionals where appropriate.
• Participate in business development, networking, and industry engagement activities.
• Contribute to firm leadership initiatives and long-term strategic planning.
• Leverage firm resources, technology, and platform capabilities to enhance client service and practice growth.
