Job summary

Zscaler, a leading cloud security company, is seeking a Partner Business Specialist for the Americas. This remote role reports to the Director, Partner & Alliances and focuses on building and executing structured business plans with partner ecosystems to advance Zscaler's revenue and secure cloud-first solutions.

You will foster executive relationships, work with alliance stakeholders across Security, Network, and Cloud, and collaborate with sales teams to drive multi-opportunity closures while

Qualifications

• Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem-solving
• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership management
• Direct experience working with GSI partners in the Americas
• Ability and willingness to travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Build and accelerate pipeline with partners to hit regional revenue goals.
• Maintain relationships within the alliance's business organization across Security, Network, Cloud, and Digital Workplace practices.
• Team with internal sales and partners to drive alignment and engagements to close opportunities.
• Build the partnership brand awareness both internally and externally.
• Cross functional engagement with marketing, rev/ops, partner engineering, and regional partner business managers in the Americas.
