Job summary

Upward Engine is seeking a Part-Time Website Project Manager with at least 2 years of relevant experience to join our team. This role is approximately 15 to 25 hours per week and can be hybrid or remote depending on training needs and office schedules.

You’ll manage website projects end-to-end, serving as the primary client contact, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring on-time delivery to our quality standards. Excellent communication and ownership are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing, project management, client management or a related field.
• Experience managing client relationships and communicating directly with customers.
• Experience managing projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships throughout the website project lifecycle as primary contact.
• Proactively gather content, feedback, approvals, and materials to move projects forward.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure edits and deliverables are completed on time.
