Job summary

Indiana University High School Online (IUHS) is looking for Web/Course Content Specialists to provide technical and editing support for virtual courses. This role is remote, part-time, and year-round, with a 15-hour weekly schedule.

Responsibilities include developing and editing content, ensuring accessibility, using HTML/CSS and Canvas, and applying instructional design to maintain high-quality materials in IUHS courses.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of instructional design and learning management systems.
• Experience with virtual course technology and accessibility best practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Course Specialist in developing, editing, launching, refining, and maintaining virtual course content.
• Ensure content aligns with objectives, standards, and learning outcomes.
• Edit course materials using front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) and Canvas.
• Apply stakeholder feedback to course refinements and maintain quality standards.
