Job summary

Innovative Outsourcing seeks a Virtual Part-Time Project Manager for Medical Education & Scientific Programs to oversee day-to-day coordination of education programs, conferences, and events. This remote role reports to the AVP of Medical Education. The position is permanent, part-time, approximately 25–30 hours weekly, mainly during business hours.

Candidates should live near Atlanta for occasional in-person meetings; travel within the U.S. is required for conferences.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project coordination or management experience, preferably in healthcare events or education.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; equivalents considered.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day PM and primary contact for healthcare education programs and events.
• Manage multiple programs from planning through execution with on-time delivery.
• Develop and maintain timelines, task lists, checklists, trackers and deliverables.
• Identify risks and propose process improvements.
• Coordinate logistics, venue needs, vendors, and program materials.
• Establish communication with healthcare professionals and participants.
