Job summary

NASCAR is seeking a Track Side Customer Service Representative to deliver top-tier guest experiences at venues nationwide. The role blends sales, product promotion and technical support for track-side customers in a fast-paced events environment.

The ideal candidate will have an associate’s degree or equivalent plus experience in customer service, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work weekends and extended shifts based on event schedules.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-location vending setup, opening, operation and closing.
• Provide sales assistance, product recommendations and merchandise promotions.
• Offer technical support for track sales and rental radio/equipment.
• Answer questions, address customer concerns and troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional customer service including sales, equipment distribution and returns.
• Travel to NASCAR events; company provides travel accommodations.
