Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a part-time Territory Sales Associate to represent our brands in the Hamilton, OH area and drive a personal vehicle to store locations. The role requires visiting multiple accounts daily and ensuring unit distribution aligns with our merchandising plans.

We offer 20-25 hours per week with an hourly starting rate of $15.50-$16.50. Mileage will be reimbursed; no car allowance is provided. A high school diploma and 3–4 years in food merchandising are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–4 years food merchandising preferred but not required.
• Must reside within listed territory or be willing to commute.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Must be able to travel daily and lift 10–40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Sell and maintain 100% distribution of all Hershey items in the assigned territory.
• Achieve merchandising objectives using permanent secondary displays and other display vehicles.
• Report weekly activity, expenses, and account changes.
• Document daily activities via tablet and submit daily reports.
• Travel within territory and cover 6–10+ accounts per day.
