Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a Part-Time Territory Sales Associate for Olean & Bradford, NY. This remote role requires you to travel within a defined territory, visiting 6-10+ stores daily and maintaining 100% distribution of Hershey items.

Hourly wage starts at $16.25–$17.25, with mileage reimbursed for travel. Candidates must reside within the specified zip codes and have a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience: 3-4 years food merchandising preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid US driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Must reside within territory and be willing to drive long distances.

Responsibilities

• Sell and maintain 100% distribution of Hershey Items in assigned territory.
• Execute merchandising plans and build displays in stores.
• Report weekly activity, expenses, and account changes.
• Visit 6-10+ accounts per day, with flexible schedules 20-25 hours/week.
• Travel 55+ miles per day and have mileage reimbursed at 62 cents per mile.
