Job summary

ICF is seeking flexible part-time Survey Research interviewers to support health-focused surveys for federal and global health agencies. You will deliver scripted questions via telephone and record responses using CATI software, while remaining neutral and unbiased.

Training is provided to ensure accurate data collection and professional engagement with the public. The role is fully remote and part-time (approximately 20–29 hours/week), with varying schedules offered by the recruiter.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Must reside in listed states to perform the role.
• Must pass criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver scripted multiple-choice questions over the telephone and record responses.
• Train on script delivery and data entry.
• Engage with the public in a neutral and unbiased manner.
