Job summary

ICF International is hiring flexible part-time remote Survey Research interviewers to support vital health-focused surveys for federal and global health agencies. You will deliver scripted questions by telephone and record responses in a CATI system, while remaining neutral and unbiased.

This fully remote role offers 20–29 hours per week with flexible schedules and training from a supportive Team Lead. A high school diploma and state residency in eligible US states are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must reside in one of the eligible US states listed in the job ad.
• Must pass criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver scripted multiple-choice questions over the telephone and record responses in a CATI system.
• Engage with the public in a neutral, unbiased manner during interviews.
• Maintain focus during long interview sessions and manage time effectively.
