ICF is hiring flexible On-Call Survey Research Interviewers to work remotely in the United States. You’ll conduct scripted telephone interviews for health-focused surveys, enter responses into CATI systems, and maintain neutral, professional interaction with the public.

The role is about 25 hours per week with varying schedules. Training will be provided by a Team Lead, and you will be part of a collaborative, outcomes‑driven team supporting federal and global health clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Fluent in reading and writing in English and Spanish.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must live in allowed states within the US.

Responsabilités

• Deliver scripted multiple-choice questions over the telephone.
• Accurately record responses in a CATI system.
• Engage with the public professionally and neutrally.
• Complete data entry with careful attention to accuracy.
• Participate in training and work with a Team Lead.
