ICF is hiring flexible On-Call REMOTE Survey Research interviewers to support health-focused surveys for Federal and global health agencies. As a Survey Researcher, you will conduct telephone interviews using scripted questions and record responses in a CATI system.

The role requires neutral, unbiased engagement and strong data-entry skills. Hours are remote and on-call, typically 20–29 hours per week with varying schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must live in eligible states to perform this role.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver scripted multiple-choice questions over the telephone and record responses in a CATI system.
• Maintain neutral and unbiased interviewing stance during surveys.
• Engage with the public professionally and follow the script accurately.
