Job summary

ICF is hiring flexible On-Call REMOTE Survey Research interviewers to support health-focused surveys for federal and global health agencies. You’ll collect data via scripted telephone questions using a CATI system, entering responses, and ensuring neutral, unbiased interviews.

This fully remote, on-call role averages 20–29 hours per week with varying schedules. Strong telephone communication, basic computer skills, and English fluency are essential; you will be trained and supported by a Team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must reside in one of the listed states and pass a background check.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• On-call remote role with 20–29 hours per week.
• Strong telephone communication and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver scripted questions over the telephone and record responses.
• Engage with the public neutrally and professionally during interviews.
• Learn and grow with guidance from Team Lead and project goals.
• Must be able to sit for long periods.
