Job summary

Kelly is seeking a Part-Time Staff Accountant to join the Finance team in Denver, CO. The role spans accounts receivable, reconciliations, fixed assets, and month-end processes, with a 3-month contract and a 20-hour workweek.

Remote options exist for some hours, with training onsite for 1-2 weeks. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance and have 1+ year of related experience, plus strong Excel/ERP skills.

Qualifications

• Process daily cash receipts and apply customer payments.
• Respond to internal and international partners regarding payments and past-due balances.
• Support credit releases and occasional collection activities.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
• Record fixed asset purchases and disposals in NetSuite and reconcile.
• Prepare journal entries and assist reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities.
• Collaborate with Customer Support and cross-functional teams on payments.
• Assist with AP processes and other accounting projects.
• Maintain internal controls and accurate financial records.

Responsibilities
