Job summary

Juna Financial Solutions LLC is seeking a part-time accounting professional to support multiple clients remotely. The role offers 30 hours per week with a flexible schedule within US business hours (8am–6pm EST). Compensation is $29–$32 per hour.

You will perform full-cycle cash and accrual accounting, manage AR/AP, payroll, and monthly close, and work with cloud tools like QuickBooks Online, Bill, Gusto, and Ramp. Strong Excel (Power Query/Power BI) and Google Workspace skills are required.

Qualifications

• Must reside in the US
• Associate degree in accounting or business required
• Minimum 3 years of progressive General Ledger accounting experience
• Proficiency with Excel is a must; Power Query/Power BI a plus
• Experience with Google Workspace and Google Sheets
• Experience with QuickBooks Online (required)
• QuickBooks Pro Advisor certs preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced tech environment
• Experience with FP&A tools and Ramp is a plus
• Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Exceed client expectations by delivering accurate, timely financial information
• Perform full cycle cash and accrual basis accounting including AR/AP/payroll and monthly close
• Utilize cloud-based technologies such as QBO, BILL, Gusto, Ramp and Keeper.app
• Assist with onboarding new clients and account cleanup
• Tackle complex revenue recognition schedules and reconciliations
• Stay updated on accounting technology developments
• Participate in team and one-on-one training sessions
