Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior Client-Side Project Manager for a part-time, remote engagement. You will oversee a SaaS implementation and Oracle NetSuite integration, representing the client, coordinating internal resources, and managing risks through go-live and stabilization.

The role requires strong governance, stakeholder management, and UAT coordination, with flexible W2/Corp-to-Corp arrangements and comprehensive health benefits for eligible consultants.

Qualifications

• Proven success as a client-side project manager for SaaS implementations with ERP integrations.
• Experience overseeing data migrations with complex historical records and prior-platform lineage.
• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive timely approvals.
• Strong risk management, issue resolution, and executive reporting.
• UAT coordination, training readiness, and cutover/go-live planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide governance and vendor oversight with plans, milestones, and status reports.
• Coordinate with VP sponsor, project lead, and SMEs for reviews and approvals.
• Oversee legacy data migration scope and validation, ensuring data integrity.
• Coordinate NetSuite integration activities across finance/IT and vendors.
• Plan client participation in UAT, defect prioritization, and training readiness.
• Support go-live and stabilization, track issues, and enable handover.
• Produce governance artifacts aligned to milestones.
