Happy's Rent to Own is seeking a part-time Recruiting Specialist to source and hire for our Tampa Bay stores. This remote role offers 15–20 hours per week with occasional in-person meetings in the Tampa Bay area.

You’ll run full-cycle recruiting for hourly store positions and front-line managers, source candidates through job boards and events, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews, while tracking hiring metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting retail, restaurant, or hospitality.
• Proven track record in high-volume hourly recruiting.
• Experience hiring front-line managers.
• Based in the Tampa Bay area and able to attend occasional in-person meetings.
• Comfort with applicant tracking systems and job boards like Indeed.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruiting for hourly store positions and front-line managers, such as assistant managers and store managers.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and local hiring events.
• Screen applicants, schedule interviews, and keep candidates engaged throughout the process.
• Work closely with store leaders to understand their staffing needs and fill openings fast.
• Manage high-volume pipelines and keep candidate records up to date in our applicant tracking system.
• Track and report on hiring metrics like time-to-fill and candidate flow.
