WIS Retail is seeking a Retail Hourly Recruiter for a remote role. The position starts at $18-$20 per hour and is part-time, with hours varying based on business needs and your availability.

You will recruit, hire and onboard Inventory & Reset associates across designated geographies, partnering with operations and leadership. The role requires solid communication, social sourcing, ATS (ICIMS) experience, and a professional candidate experience in a remote, flexible environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience.
• Experience with social networking and using LinkedIn for recruitment.
• Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems (ICIMS) and candidate sourcing techniques.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, hire and onboard Inventory & Reset associates across designated geographies.
• Collaborate with operations, Regional Talent Managers, Business Partners and Leadership to deliver quality candidates.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
