Job summary

Catapult is seeking an experienced full-cycle recruiter to provide recruiting support for multiple client companies, with assignments varying in duration and hours, often completed virtually.

We partner with hiring managers to deliver full life-cycle recruiting, build strategies, source talent on LinkedIn and other platforms, create postings, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews while meeting clients weekly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional recruiting/talent acquisition experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, ATS tools, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
• Excellent communication, organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Resides in North Carolina or South Carolina, preferably in the Charlotte Metro area.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers/HR/senior leaders to deliver full life-cycle recruiting.
• Build recruiting strategies (target market, job requirements, comp/benefits considerations, success factors).
• Source talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other social platforms.
• Create and place job postings.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews.
• Meet with engaged clients weekly for updates and additional needs.
• Use consultative, relationship-based conversations to secure new recruiting assignments from existing clients.
