Catapult is seeking an experienced recruiter to provide full-life-cycle recruiting support for multiple client companies, with assignments that vary in duration and hours—and can typically be completed virtually.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional recruiting/talent acquisition experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, ATS tools, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
• Excellent communication, organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Resides in North Carolina or South Carolina, preferably in the Charlotte Metro area.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers/HR/senior leaders to deliver full life-cycle recruiting
• Build recruiting strategies (target market, job requirements, comp/benefits considerations, success factors)
• Source talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other social platforms
• Create and place job postings
• Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews
• Meet with engaged clients weekly for updates and additional needs
• Use consultative, relationship-based conversations to secure new recruiting assignments from existing clients
